Shipping Policy

At Aira Basics, we strive to ship all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day (typically Monday).

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S.

Order Processing

• Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for handling before your order ships.
• Aira Basics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Package Protection with Redo

We’ve partnered with Redo to offer optional package protection at checkout. By opting in, your order is covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If you choose not to opt in, Aira Basics is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility.
