To keep your socks in top condition, wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid using bleach. They will shrink slightly in the drier but will stretch out after a few minutes of wear. If you want to avoid this, then hang them to dry. With proper care, your socks will last and maintain their quality.

If we have already shipped your order, we will be unable to process any changes or cancellations. Once you receive the package, you can head to our Return Portal and submit a return, as long as the items are unworn/unopened. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact info@airabasics.com for help with your order.

We will happily accept any unused and unopened socks within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase. If you opt into shipping protection at checkout, your shipping costs will be covered for your return. If you did not opt in at checkout, you can still return your order but you will be responsible for shipping costs. Make sure to save the bag your socks come in, as they are reusable!
