Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed (this includes socks that were only "tried on" as we can not resell these due to hygiene reasons)
- Must be unopened and include all original tags and packaging 
- Free from stains, odors, animal hair, or any damage
- Returned within 30 days of delivery (items received after 30 days cannot be accepted)

Exchanges
When you choose to use our partnered vendor, Redo, for your exchange (details below), we'll take care of the return shipping for your new item.
- Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing your exchange.

Redo/Checkout+
- When you opt into Redo at checkout, return labels will be covered. You can get this label if your order is within policy rules through the returns portal. Making exchanges, refunds (excluding the original shipping cost), or store credit simple and at no additional charge. 
- If you prefer not to opt into Redo, you’re still welcome to return your eligible items. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must comply with our Return Policy. 
- Please note: Free returns via Redo do not apply to clearance items.

Clearance Items
- All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- If your order only includes clearance items, please ensure you uncheck the ReDo opt-in option at checkout.

Other Important Information
- We will carefully inspect each returned item to ensure it meets our return guidelines. If an item doesn’t qualify for return, it will not be accepted, and you will be notified via email. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made, and no refund will be issued.
